                             RESOLUTION NO.   20976 
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER
                  INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH ELDRIN BELL &
                  ASSOCIATES TO PROVIDE TRAINING TO THE
                  CHATTANOOGA POLICE DEPARTMENT FOR AN AMOUNT
                  NOT TO EXCEED $10,000.00 PLUS REASONABLE
                  EXPENSES.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to enter into an agreement with Eldrin Bell & Associates to
       provide training to the Chattanooga Police Department for an
       amount not to exceed $10,000.00 plus reasonable expenses.
